Refund Policy – ProSpeak

At ProSpeak, we are committed to providing high-quality professional English training. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any program, as enrollment indicates acceptance of the terms below.

1. General Refund Policy

- All fees paid to ProSpeak are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Once a course, program, or package has begun, no refunds will be issued.

- Refunds are not provided for missed classes, late arrivals, or lack of participation.

2. Course Cancellations by the Student

- Requests to cancel enrollment before the course start date must be submitted in writing.

- If approved, refunds (if any) will be processed minus applicable administrative or processing fees.

- Cancellations made after the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Missed or Unused Sessions

- Missed sessions, whether due to personal scheduling conflicts, work obligations, technical issues, or illness, are not refundable.

- Unused sessions do not carry cash value and cannot be refunded.

- Make-up sessions or credits may be offered at ProSpeak’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

4. Online Classes & Technical Issues

- Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable device for online classes.

- Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions caused by technical issues on the student’s side.

- If technical issues originate from ProSpeak’s platform, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide a credit.

5. Course Changes or Cancellations by ProSpeak

ProSpeak reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, students may be offered:

- A rescheduled class

- A credit toward future services

- An alternative course option

Refunds in these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis at ProSpeak’s discretion.

6. Corporate & Customized Programs

- Corporate training programs, private sessions, and customized packages are non-refundable once confirmed.

- Terms for corporate clients may vary and will be outlined in the applicable service agreement or proposal.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting ProSpeak may result in suspension or termination of services.

ProSpeak reserves the right to provide documentation of agreed terms to payment processors in the event of a dispute.

8. No Guarantee of Results

- Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with progress or outcomes.

- Language improvement depends on individual effort, attendance, and participation, and results are not guaranteed.

9. Policy Updates

ProSpeak reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
